Caring Humans pricing is fair and affordable for participants and we pay more to our support workers according to SCHADS Awards . Our rates come in well below the NDIS price cap which helps participants get more support hours. We are responsible for taking care of insurance, tax, payroll, superannuation, training and development for support workers as well as care service support for participants.

Sleepovers

The sleepover bookings are for 12 hours which includes 8 hours sleep and 4 hours of support before or after sleep. Depending up on the booking day and time, the sleepover rates changes accordingly. Below rates are approximate only.

Pricing Questions Answered

Caring Humans has invested a lot in technology to automate tasks, thus reducing large amount of administrative cost. So we are able to pass on the savings to our participants and pay all our support workers industry leading wages and provide benefits.

People with disability and their families can use either NDIS, Personal or any other Disability Support Packages on Caring Humans platform.

With our smart technology, you will know the booking cost before you have requested care service from support worker. Our pricing is fully transparent and upfront.

Once booking is completed and timesheet is approved, we will generate invoice and send it to you for a payment via bank transfer. Invoice will be sent as below:
  • NDIS Self Managed - We will send invoices to your nominated email.
  • Plan Managed - We will send invoices to your plan manager for them to process.
  • NDIA/Agency Managed - We will send invoice to NDIA directly and claim payment from them.

If a support worker is using their own car during a booking to support you then support worker can claim vehicle allowance. We will charge $1.00 per kilometre for the distance driven during the booking. Support worker will claim vehicle allowance from us for each kilometre driven.
